Julie Grant

My journey with yoga began at university, as part of a physical education requirement. It very quickly became a much bigger part of my life – holding and guiding me through some major transitions and changes – which led to me completing my first Teacher Training in 2015. 

My background in theater and psychology, combined with the philosophy and wisdom teachings of yoga, has ignited a passion in me to support others in a holistic way – understanding that both body and mind hold vital keys to our growth and sense of wellbeing. 

I’ve continued to deepen my studies through my decade long teaching journey – completing qualifications in Nada and Bhakti Yoga, Sound Ceremony, Restorative Yoga, Kinesiology and my most recently as a Somatic Mind-Body Coach. 

I am proud to be a part of the teaching team for our 200hr Yoga Teaching Training Program, and am grateful everyday that this is the work I get to offer to the world.
