Katie Johnstone

Growing up as a ballet dancer, I’ve always been drawn to movement as a form of expression. This passion naturally evolved into my love for vinyasa yoga, which I began practicing in 2018. Since discovering yoga, I’ve embraced it as a practice that nurtures both body and mind, cultivating mindfulness and fostering deeper self-awareness. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 and have further explored Yin, Hot26, and Creative Sequencing. My classes focus on creative, fluid transitions that encourage intuitive movement and mindful breathing. I’m passionate about creating a space where students can connect deeply with themselves and their community, leaving each class feeling grounded and present.
