Power Yoga

Power yoga is a strong, flow-style vinyasa class in a heated room with high humidity. With a full-body focus on building strength, flexibility and core stability, Power Yoga is rooted in traditional yoga methodologies with a progressive twist through dynamic transitions, and fun, energetic playlists. All levels are welcome. Heated to 34-36 degrees with added humidity.
