Sculpt Yoga

Sculpt is a heated, high-impact fitness class combining free weights and cardio to amp up your practice. Boost energy levels and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. Weights are provided, and are optional. All levels welcome. Heated to 28-32 degrees with low-grade humidity.
