Sculpt

Sculpt is a heated, high-impact fitness class combining free weights and cardio to amp up your practice.

Yoga Strong

Yoga Strong is an unheated, low-impact class combining yoga and fitness through free weights.

Heated Vinyasa

This is a gently heated flow-style vinyasa class that synchronises breath with movement. This class is both grounding and energising. Heated to 28˚C with no added humidity. All levels.
